@Mtt This is great! Updated and customized in just a few seconds.
@Mtt thank you for sharing this. I'm hoping to use the microhook-post-list.html
microhook to filter posts based on category.
@willtmonroe That’s a very popular request. I’m hoping to have a basic write up on how to accomplish that soon.
@Mtt I am interested in the microhook functionality in your theme. At the same time, I don’t want to learn how to do all this. Is there a person who you know that has knowledge of the tools in your theme that I could hire to customize the Tiny Theme for my site? Do you do that on the side?
@rexbarrett Let me know what kind of changes/customizations you’re looking for and I’ll see what I can find/do for you.
@Mtt Let me draft up a page on Craft and show you some ideas. By the way, I’m also an executive pastor at a church called Frontline in Oklahoma. Cool to find another one in the wild!
@rexbarrett Nice! I've been to Oklahoma a few times, primarily Oklahoma City. My role is executive as well.
@Mtt We're multisite, but I'm the central level XP, and I have my office in OKC. I'd love to connect about XP stuff if you're ever here. On the website side, I made a Craft page outlining some of my thoughts. Thanks for taking a look! crafted.rexbarrett.com/microblog...
@rexbarrett I replied within your Craft doc. You can get back to me here or shoot me an email (hi @ mattlangford .com).
@Mtt Thank you very much for your theme! Please excuse this question, but I am too stupid to scale images, e.g. with img src="xyz.png" width="88"
. They always appear at maximum width. Can you give me a tip on how to fix this?
@esamecar I can help, but I need a little more detail. Are you wanting a new default image size for the entire blog? Or are you wanting to adjust a particular image here and there? Both are possible.
@esamecar You'll have a couple of options. If it's just a one-off image here and there and they all might vary, you can do something like this:
<img src="link.jpg" style="max-width: 300px;">
Using max-width
there enables it to scale for smaller devices.
If it's a particular size that you may use more often (but still don't want to change the default size), you can create a class in custom css similar to:
.tinyimg { max-width: 300px; }
Then when you insert the image, you do:
<img src="link.jpg" class="tinyimg">
Let me know if you have any more questions!
