@vincent Looks good! Couple quick points for the features list:

  • I would say either 'Browse' or 'Scroll' for the Discover feed, rather than "Discover".
  • Bump multi-account feature closer to the top. Especially since it's not available in the first-party app.
  • I would say 'and' rather than 'or' for search, since 'or' sounds limiting.
  • Just say iPad app. No need for qualifications.

Hope this is constructive! It's great to see a refreshed design of the site. 👍

@simonwoods How many people choose to have multiple accounts on Micro.blog instead of having multiple blogs per account? Maybe @manton can answer this. I ask because I'm curious why @vincent chose to add this feature before multiple blogs.

@vincent Great. For now, I've to use the native app to post to my photoblog.

In any case, I was just wondering about the benefits for multi-account vs. multi-blog. I couldn't think of any.

@pratik By using multiple accounts, it becomes a lot easier to test the many parts of Micro.blog. Generally speaking, this type of shortcut is especially useful to take when bootstrapping web-based products.

@simonwoods Got it. I see how it helps test Gluon. I was thinking more from the casual user’s POV.

@pratik @vincent @simonwoods There's really only 1 advantage to multiple accounts: separate usernames. Other than that, having multiple blogs in a single account is easier because it works on the web, official iOS apps, and shares subscription info for billing.
