@pratik How do you think it will help? What is preventing this SCOTUS from simply overruling the election result? You think Trump won't try if he lost? Even if Biden wins all they have to say is re-do the election again coz something.
@stupendousman We can think about that later when it happens. For now, we should focus on winning the election. If they change the rules later, we can talk about our strategy then.
@manton I think we go hard, go for the win... But also since they're gonna pull out the stops, we go for the jugular too: Add those four more SCOTUS justices. We have 13 circuits, we should have 13 judges. They wanna act like whatever the "Founding Fathers" did was sanctimonious, then let's get sanctified up in here starting with that.
@starrwulfe I strongly support expanding the court to 13. If nothing else it helps slightly decrease the power of any single member.
