Apparently, Meta’s Twitter competitor, Threads is coming out on July 6th. I’m sure they’re pleased with Twitter’s recent missteps

@pratik And the App Privacy on that thing is basically, give them everything.

@pratik @kaa right— Instagram users have a different demographic (that is probably more aligned with Twitter) than the Blue app does. Could work great for some people. Instagram is sort of a weird middle ground between Twitter (follow people you’re interested in) and Facebook (follow people you know).

@jsonbecker At the very least it should be nicer than Notes app apology screenshots posted to Twitter or Instagram. 😂 But I’ve been less than impressed with Instagram posts not loading in Safari on any Apple platform lately. It’s as frustrating as tweets being account-locked. Could be just me though.
