@kaa I must live in a cave, as this is the first I recall hearing of the PARA method. It looks really interesting, so thanks for sharing the rabbit hole (I think). 😉
Seconding @rcrackley that your new design looks fantastic!
@kaa i learned about PARA when I designed a training on productivity tools & techniques. I’ve not implemented it. I’m a GTD fan, but I haven’t really implemented that either. So basically I’m a disorganized and scattered 40-something professional who somehow keeps it together long enough to work on projects in between bouts of procrastination, chaos, and stress.
I’d love to hear how PARA goes for you.
@UndamnedOne @pimoore @rcrackley I only found out about the PARA method a few days ago, but somehow it clicked as I felt that I have not been getting the most out of my notes and feeling a little lost across my digital world. Will keep posting how things are going after I use it for a little while longer.
Re-design, thanks. It was a forced one as I pressed the wrong button in the interface. Whatever you do don't press the arrow button in the design section of Micro.blog, it reverts back to whatever you have stored in your Github account (in my case something from 3 years ago). Working through it all :).
@kaa I tried several of the popular new notes apps after reading Building a Second Brain, but settled into Notes as well and haven’t looked back. It does what my brain needs it to, and nothing more, which is super nice.
