It’s so, so sad what has happened in Turkey. Humanity is not doing great at the moment. Between a pandemic, a madman’s war, a climate disaster and now an earthquake on a biblical scale.
@kaa I saw a photo of a father sitting beside the rubble of a building, holding his dead daughter’s hand who’d been crushed underneath. I had no words—and still don’t—to process the horror and tragedy of what I was looking at, nor the moment of humanity and sorrow as he had to say goodbye. There’s such turmoil in and around the world, that it’s hard not to feel utterly and completely unsure of our future.
