@miljko This is really disappointing sensationalism, without any medical basis or precedent. Not fair of the media to falsely get people's hopes up with no concluding evidence. I would surmise this causes even more harm than good, creating false hope leading to increased anguish if/when it doesn't work, or nothing comes of it.
@rcrackley I remember a university PR department announcing a MAJOR CANCER BREAKTHROUGH to the press. But when someone took the trouble to talk to the actual researcher he said "This may be promising news, if you're a mouse."
