@sander @manton It’s better to spin it as AI replacing people, since investors love to invest in promising technology, not so much in companies laying off a surplus workforce.

@renevanbelzen @sander Yep, there might be half truth to AI because of uncertainty, but would be better if leaders were just honest about downsizing. Hope everyone gets generous severance benefits.
