For some reason I was looking at my keyboard today and wondering which keys are used the least and I think it must be this one.. 🤔

With ~ following closely behind.

@Jason mine might be the right option key. I can’t think of an instance where I would have ever used that. I basically only use the one on the left side of the keyboard.

@Burk Hmm, I wonder if I’m the same. Apple should do a log. Maybe they could chip off some keys?

@Burk I use the backtick key all the time: with Command to switch between windows in the same app, and with Option to “compose” a letter with a grave accent. Caps Lock is handy for UK postcodes and for acronyms: try writing GDPR without it, for example. I probably don’t use “Q” very much but that doesn’t mean I’d want to be without it.

@Burk I tried using a compact keyboard that move the ~ key and I could never adapt. I don’t use it a lot either but it seems it’s still hardwired 😂

@mike oh yep! I use that one so little I must have forgotten it was even there!

@pcora Did it drive you nuts that the light would be stuck on every other tap of the pseudo esp key?

@timapple I imagine that must be one of the only real changes to the general keyboard in quite a while..

@Burk that did not happen. It disabled the led.
