How interesting! I watched Star Trek: Enterprise series so I understood more of the world that Star Trek: Discovery takes place in. Little did I realize how useful it would be because in Season 4 of Enterprise they visit the Terran Empire and now Discovery has gone there!

@EddieHinkle Did the Terran Empire not feature in previous series? I don't remember offhand. I noticed this too, though.
@macgenie Haha, yep! I’ve never watched much Star Trek in my life, but I’ve been enjoying the Enterprise and now Discovery binges!
@pauljacobson I've never really watched Star Trek before, so I was unaware of the Terran Empire. From what I've read it at least was featured in the original Star Trek series. But I also like that they reference the Defiant from Discovery which was the ship they took over in Enterprise. I love when series bounce off each other like that!
