Episode 2 of PeopleCast is LIVE. (Well, kind of.)

Would very much welcome feedback on this first episode. Any and all comments welcome. It’s not too late to change things before I really start rolling these out and my skin is very thick!

@JohnPhilpin This content was great and it made me think. 👍🏻 Audio quality was not great though - sounds distant and maybe too low a bitrate? I love your accent though.

@JohnPhilpin I looked first in the Apple Podcasts app, and found a Russian or maybe Ukrainian podcast, and an Italian one, but not yours, but then I tried on your blog, but for some reason I can’t make it play…🤔

@odd I tried the following: - Open part 1 in Safari (iPhone) - Open part 2 likewise - Turning off and on the iPhone, clearing Safari cache, and then tried to open both parts again

But I can’t get the player to play. It looks like the audio file is being loaded, because there is a spinner at the start…

@JohnPhilpin I tried to open the @timetable podcast, both in-app and in Safari, but I have the same problem with that one…

@odd not sure what the timetable podcast was but i don’t know - both happily play at this end ... are other podcasts playing for you ... e.g.

@JohnPhilpin It is! 😊👍 I upgraded to iOS 13.5.1 (from 13.5), but still no go… I can play podcasts in the Apple Podcasts app, and Spotify plays music.
