@samgrover Sam, I wonder if you have considered making Mimi uploader handle podcast episodes as well? Is that even possible @manton ? I have looked at the Auphonic, but I would rather edit the audio in Logic, and upload it directly to Micro.Blog, and have it appear in the Apple Podcast Directory. (I know I might have to do that bit myself).
@odd Not really considered that. While Mimi can do individual uploads, it is best suited for batches. And I don't think that's a common use case for audio. Not sure if Mimi would bring any additional benefit over using first party site/apps.
@odd @samgrover You'll need to register the podcast with Apple, but that only needs to be done once... Then whenever you make a post that includes an MP3, Micro.blog will take care of the rest. If you're using Logic, I think exporting as MP3 and then uploading from the web is probably the most straightforward.
@manton Ok, thanks, I think I understand. But does that mean I can’t upload any mp3, and not having it be a part of a podcast?
