@jean @mandaris @odd @miraz @toddgrotenhuis Thank you! I had to take a step away from social media for a while there, I was getting obsessed / overwhelmed when Covid first "happened." Then my credit card changed and my subscription dropped, and I just...left it for a while.

It's very strange to be in New Zealand right now, looking out through our closed borders to the rest of the world, and watching what everyone else is going through right now. We're in the surreal situation at the moment of planning the funeral for my husband's mum, and just being so thankful that we can actually hold one, and say goodbye to her all together in one place.

@herself Oh, sorry to hear about your husband's mum. 😒 We Kiwis currently have a very distorted view of the world, I suspect.
