Our younger dog suffered yet another seizure today 😢 It’s always distressing to see a large dog just crumple. He has been on seizure meds for a while now but the vet tells us to expect the occasional seizure.
@pratik I am so sorry to hear that. Growing up we had a dog who occasionally would have a seizure, unfortunately they became more frequent as he got older. For some reason giving him a bone seemed to trigger it (or at least that is my memory)and so we stopped giving him bones, which was hard because as you can imagine bones were his favorite treat. Just stay with him while it is happening and comfort him the best you can. The good news is that despite the seizures our dog had a good and happy life.
@klandwehr Thanks. And sorry for your dog but am glad to hear that he had a good and happy life. I think it's the squirrels for our dog. He get hyper excited watching them from our window. He's had all his seizures in the exact same spot in our house.
