@Parag It is a cool building, and huge. I posted some more photos of it last year, and their website is here.

I do not drink wine, but after touring the building decided to have a sip of the samples that they gave us. I could taste the difference in the different bottles that were shared with us, and my more knowledgable family thought that it was good wine.

@crossingthethreshold Wow! Excellent photos on your site and the winery's website as well. Last year my son went to Tuscany for a music Summer camp. We couldn't visit at that time due to other obligations. Have to make it out to Tuscany and do a wine tour one of these days.

@hawaiiboy That's wonderful. We drove from Florence up to Milan. If you get down to Florence, the winery is definitely worth a visit. Take the tour to get deep inside the building and seeing its working.

@Parag Thank you. To tell you truth, Tuscany hadn't been on my travel plans. A family wedding forced the issue. I'm pleased now that it did. Definitely worth a visit if you can get down there.

@hawaiiboy ahh. We spent a few days in Parma last month. Really liked it. Also enjoyed the train from Milan to Parma when it was travelling at 300km an hour for a while. Was very tempted to stay on board and keep going South.

@hawaiiboy It sounds as though you'll be covering more ground than we did. We were with family for the wedding and then based ourselves in Florence to explore the area. Have fun...and enjoy the food.
