@gr36 oh you put a smile on my face this morning while drinking my coffee! 😊 This year I'll put some order in my digital house. I'll leave WordPress behind and move content to my Ghost blog, merging them together. numericcitizen.me will take over the weird naming https://numericcitizen-introspection.blog. My digital life is a constant digital experiment.

@gr36 I know this struggle all too well. I have actually settled down to two tools, Obsidian for saving most things and a paper journal and pencil for personal notations.

@gr36 Does this mean you've gone full Bujo? There is something so handy about a paper notebook and the fact that it's on paper on a page does help create a deeper memory. My only question is what does this mean for writing a blog post? Do you write it on paper, take a picture, ocr the text and then post? I jest but also there's no reason why not.

@gr36 i send web links to it all the time. I do a new page for each day and send anything I want to save to that page and take notes too. I also keep notes on books I read there, quotes, thoughts I have about them. If I am reading on Kindle I import highlighted text and notes from there. I invest time in tagging everything that comes in so it is easy to summon what I have run across if I am researching/writing about a particular topic.

@gr36 i have toyed with something like a digital garden but my conclusion is that it gets to be too much for anyone to interact with on a regular basis. I am intrigued by publishing my Obsidian vault through their service but havent wanted to fork over the money. What do you see as the purpose of your digital garden?
