Today’s bread. Fifty percent freshly milled grains: hard red winter wheat, some soft white for creaminess, and a bit of rye for extra flavor.

@cliffordbeshers great bread! My wife’s pandemic skill is sourdough bread. Spent all winter getting it down and was able to produce a pretty good loaf out here on BI without her usual equipment (proofing box, ceramic cloche, etc).
