A healthy breakfast.

@patrickrhone It’s also the three stables of my ideal breakfast now. If I’m in the mood, I like to add a little bit of toasted or even fried sourdough.
@matthewlang Yum! As you know, I’ve gotta stay low carb.
That said, bread is one of those things where, when you don’t have it for months you kinda forget about it. Then, when you have some as a small cheat, it is THE MOST AMAZING FOOD EVER!
