@marmanold brave has been a good, though chrome based. I've contemplated switching to Firefox, but there are some plug-ins that are essential and not available in Firefox (or Safari). Brave's adblocking on iOS is a better experience than Safari with extensions, and Kiwi Android has Chrome plugin support.

@marmanold No, no! I have it set up just as I like, with plugins to do what I want!

@ReaderJohn I know! I’ve been using Firefox since release. It’s setup exactly how I want it. I hope it can survive!

@JohnBrady @marmanold Update: I'm all Firefoxed, very content. I realized that add-ons are part of the Firefox game: it took a couple to get things as functional as I wanted.

@marmanold No, I still use Firefox. Pretty much continuously since it was released. At this point it's less a rational choice than habit and hatred of Google, but I'm ok with that.

@dwalbert Same. The stuff Mozilla has done of late makes me sad. I’m hopeful they return to focusing on the browser and being the user agent for power users.

@JohnBrady Ironic, as lack of certain add ons are what has prevented me from using FF. There are a few 3-rd party service plug-ins that the developers didn’t choose to make a Mozilla version.

@marmanold Nope, I’m with you! Funny, I was just thinking today about how much different it is when I use a different browser that isn’t set up with add blockers, etc. I don’t even think about it anymore
