I subscribe to Trade Coffee and have bags of whole bean coffee delievered, I have a Baritza Encore and grind my own coffee beans, I use a scale and measure my coffee, I have a digital kettle and boil my water to the same temperature everytime, and I use an Aeropress and the inverted coffee method to brew my coffee. Don’t talk to me until I’ve had my 3rd cup of coffee.
