@marc0janssen That’s odd… We do not specify the visibility for posts and it has always defaulted to public in the past. What version of Mastodon? Maybe something has changed.

@manton hi , now it is on 4.6.0 (mastodon.green)
But as long as I can remember micro.blog always crossposted privately and not publicly

@marc0janssen I’ll add a setting for this. I’ve never heard of it defaulting to private before, but more control can’t hurt.

@manton Thanks Manton… for adding this in future… I just added the mastodon-account again, to make sure, but the cross-posting stay “Private”
