I really, really liked Greyhound. Not much going on story-wise, to be honest. But the movie hooked me. Tense action scenes were done perfectly. I hope more films like this make it to Apple TV+.
@f I really liked it too. The entire movie was like one long action scene, but with little glimpses of who characters were and technical bits. (While watching, we looked up various submarine facts, so I learned some things.)
@manton Same here. I actually ended up reading more about these battles on the Atlantic after the film.
@f watched last night and I think the movie did a great job of illustrating the intense nature of a short period of time where instinct and training were pretty much all that could be mustered. At the end: WTF just happened.
