This Apple developer page has a screenshot of what the new App Tracking Transparency screens can look like in the EU. Apple should make this change worldwide. It’s more clear. The “Ask App Not to Track” button is just too long anyway.

@manton agree. “Ask app not to track” implies it’s optional and they might do it anyway
