Finished reading: Children of Time by Adrian Tchaikovsky. Fascinating and at times brilliant. I never quite got over being creeped out by the spiders, though. 📚

@manton you should definitely read the next books. The saga is excellent!

@manton It’s on my short list.

@manton great book! And agreed, the spiders are creepy 🕷️

@manton Just finished this book myself. The next one in the series only gets better, and you’ll have other creatures to contend with.

@manton I loved this first book, but found it hard to get into the sequel.

@manton That sounds really cool - btw, I’d love to see a “add to want to read list” for micro.blog subscribes on that page, so I don’t have to search it up, etc. :)

@manton This is such a good book! Love running across other readers who enjoyed it too. #scifibooks

@tsutrav @manton I loved this book! It was part of what I like to call my “spider trilogy,” which also included Project Hail Mary and Spaceman of Bohemia.

@mihobu @manton I've not read Spaceman of Bohemia, but really liked the other two. Thanks for the rec! I'll have to look it up.
