Rewatched Dune: Part Two tonight, and hoping to start reading Dune Messiah soon, before the new movie comes out.

@manton Gird yourself. "Dune" was my favorite book when I was under 20, and has held up very well for me over the years.

Well, I found them much less good back then, and that opinion has solidified over the years.

Just be prepared if you haven't read them before.

That said, I'm extraordinarily excited about Dune 3. Denis V is unbelievable, and he gets the source material in the transcoding.
