Haiku, Sonnet, Opus, Mythos, Fable. I’m not a fan of Anthropic’s business but I’m a fan of their names. So nice.
@manton hmmm, but is it true? I do like the way they name their models but I’m not sure Fable is a wise choice given its meaning.
@philbowell Yeah, it’s probably not the right name at all, I just like that the names feel kind of lyrical.
@juanvisbal My feeling about Anthropic is still evolving, but I think this post I wrote best captures it for now.
@manton I echo your sentiment. Actions speak louder than words and was disappointed when this crackdown happened. But my company decided to switch 100% to Claude, so I’m giving it a go.
