The original Transformers movie from the 1980s is returning to theaters in remastered 4K. I will probably have to see this again. I’ll never forget the experience in the theater as a kid… It left quite an impression.

I watch it with my kids, but don't let them watch the fight between Optimus and Megatron (yet) — my kids are still very young.

As a side note, my oldest calls Optimus "Thomas" because when he was very, very young "timus" in "Optimus" sounded like "Thomas" to him.

I thought it was cute, so I never corrected him 🙂 I started calling him "Thomas", too.
