Congrats to the Flipboard folks on launching the web version of Surf. It’s an interesting mashup of different social networks, which is what the open web is great at.
@JohnPhilpin I used the early betas of the iOS app last year. But I haven’t looked at the new stuff in that much detail.
@manton I agree it looks interesting I’ve had a rarely used Flipboard account forever .. this might get me properly engaged .. being a fan of their UI .. but so far despite longevity .. in the waitlist .. maybe priority is going to people that actually use their apps 😉🤷♂️
@manton I’ve tried to add my micro.blog account under the surf mastodon integration but it crashes the app 👀 I’ll ping Mike about it
