We’ll miss watching Manu play, but what a career. And his effort in the last playoff series to prevent a Warriors sweep in game 4, shooting 5-10, 60% from 3, mostly in the 4th quarter. One of my favorite games of the season and not a bad way to go out. 🏀

@manton Was wondering how long it would take you to post about Manu retiring. 😉

@ChrisReed I was considering writing something longer, but just decided to post anything. Still surprised, too.

@manton Yeah I can’t believe he didn’t take the one year deal in Charlotte that it looked like was out there for him.

@manton Manu was easily one of the classiest and hardest working people in the NBA. Being willing to come off the bench when he was starter talent even last season spoke volumes about him.

@Jadedfox Definitely. He was a one-of-a-kind player.

I have to admit I don’t usually start watching the NBA untill near the play off, but he was one of my favorite players to watch. I am especially glad that he went out when he was at near the top of his game. To many players hang on too long and become shadows of their former self.
