hey @manton any chance of a global hotkey in the micro.blog app on mac to bring up the entry box easily, i know it’s just a click but it’s more like a native place for me to go is to hit a hotkey and keep typing and then i’d just drag and drop my image onto the modal.

@manton yeah of course a preference thing in the settings for sure, i keep forgetting about marsedit. maybe i should revisit that, for old time sake, i used to love that, i think used it with this old blogging platform that was called b2 i think it was.. anyway thanks for considering!

@settee @manton You can get an (almost) global hotkey working by setting up a Shortcut like this:

This lets me start a new post from (almost) anywhere by pressing Shift-Command-P or clicking the little speech bubble in the menu bar.
