@manton: I’m one of those with slow posting. It usually takes 60-90 seconds for a post to show up in my timeline, and sometimes a post doesn’t appear for several hours — though when there’s a long delay I can usually trigger faster movement by editing the post, for instance adding a space, and then re-posting.
