Swarm changed their app icon from orange to gray (in a generic ābug fixesā update with no release notes) so I had to move it on my home screen. It used to be in between Overcast and Audible. Bottom dock hasnāt changed in a while: Hey, Epilogue, Strata, Micro.blog.
@manton I love when people share their Home Screen. Always gives me ideas. I used to do this back when iPhone first came out. Need to post mine again soon.
@newdawn I love seeing peopleās home screens too. There might even be more variety now since there are widgets and way more apps available.
@manton totally. I use two widgets: Things & Pinterest. I like having an image on my home page from my fav pins. Just something positive that I see when I unlock my phone. Iāll post screen in next reply. Donāt see option for doing image right now.
@newdawn Thereās not an image button for replies, although as a work-around you can upload an image to Uploads, then choose Copy Markdown and paste it into a reply. Or make a new blog post.
@vladcampos Yes, I saw that post. š Thereās still no app as good. I want to build all of this into one of our own apps, but canāt prioritize it yet.
@manton interesting. In this case I have a suggestion.
When I used Evernote, the coordinates were always automatically added to a note when created on a phone or tablet. A map would show all the notes.
*Note: Evernote recently discontinued the feature.
Today I use Obsidian and manually add the coordinates to a propriety. But Indonit just to my Travel and Journal notes. The Map plugin shows them all. It's pretty cool!
You could do the same there and have a /map similar to how /photos works.
@vladcampos Nice! That would be very cool. Right now we store location info but only if clients add it, and creating a map view requires custom template code. It should just work for people who want it.
