If I create a new blog, but later decide I don’t like the name and delete it, that will no longer count towards my 5 allowed blogs as a premium subscriber, right? This question comes from naming things being hard. Now that I think about it, I haven’t even looked into what it takes to delete a blog.
@anniegreens you can have up to five blogs on Micro.blog simultaneously. If you delete a blog, it frees up a slot, allowing you to create a new one.
@anniegreens That's right, it should free up another blog slot within a minute or so. You can delete a blog on the Account page, look for the little trash can icon in the blogs list.
@otaviocc that's what I thought, just trying to think through how that would work if I have content on one I decide to delete for naming purposes, or if there's a way to rename, or maybe I shouldn't care about the name
@anniegreens if it’s only the name, you can change it in the blog settings. For a custom subdomain using your own domain, you can modify it in the settings as well. However, if it’s the Micro.blog subdomain ([something].micro.blog), you won’t be able to change it (you have to delete the blog and create a new one).
If you decide to delete the blog, you can and should export your posts. This way, you have the option to reimport them later if necessary.
