Finished reading: The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet by Becky Chambers. It didn’t quite work for me, lots of interesting characters but very little story. Still enjoyed it, just not as much as her recent novellas. 📚

@manton The most frustrating thing about this book is that if you want to follow the characters along (which they were the best part of that book), you are out of luck with the sequel. It’s just about one of them, sorta.

@manton We gave up on it. Apparently the sequels are stories in the universe, but not a lot of character continuity.

@willie Bummer. I had high hopes because I really liked A Psalm for the Wild-Built.

@DarwinsToffees Glad you enjoyed it! I’m going to reset my expectations if I continue the series later, because I think I was expecting something slightly different. There was still a lot to like in it, though.
