Tested the Vision Pro for the first time today, in the Apple Store. The passthrough quality and immersive video are pretty unbelievable. Apple must’ve done something right because afterwards I was questioning my whole life (or at least my tech opinions). Still no plans to buy one, yet.
@manton Can you just walk in and test it? How does it work? I have glasses and I wasnt sure how all of this actually works. I could walk into a store and find out I suppose but I dread going to their stores.

Doesn’t mean that the product, as it exists (and is priced at) now, is for everybody. It really isn’t.

It only took making my first freshly ground and brewed pour over coffee at home for this.
@manton Have you used it for a long time? Have you not suffered from any significant form of glare due to a high level of light absorbed by the eyes? What kind of questions were you thinking? Could you expand on these thoughts a little?
@stupendousman It’s best to make an appointment. I brought my glasses with me and they have a machine that scans them. They have hundreds of lenses in the store so it’ll match one close to a prescription.
