I was starting to get excited about the new marketplace functionality coming to the App Store, until I got to the part about needing to show Apple a €1 million line of credit. Out of reach for most of us.

@manton for a marketplace right? Not if you distribute an app through a different marketplace.

@manton For companies running alternative stores, seems small if anything. One or two refund runs on apps you sell could hit that quickly.

@manton I have a feeling there is a chance the Commission might force Apple’s hand here. But this is all so new that it will take time to iron the kinks out. @jonathangulbrandsen
