@manton One feature I would love to see on the Bookshelves is a way to add the bookstore URLs ourselves.
I always had a page on my website with my books and affiliate links. And naturally, I have a disclosure explaining this.
Anyway, I love the Bookshelves feature but don't use it because I cannot add a purchase link myself. Any plans or thoughts on that?
@vladcampos We had thought about a way to replace the "micro.blog/books/..." URLs with your own link, but now things are a little intertwined with that format. I'd still like to explore that in the future, although you could manually add links yourself for now.
@manton I'm having a bit of an issue with the {{< bookgoals 2023 >}} shortcode: when I put it on a hidden test page to see the results, I'm only getting 8 book entries but when I look at "Reading 2023" in the Bookshelves area, I see 15 books... 🤔
Update: Sorry, I spoke too soon, I refreshed the page one last time and all the books showed up. 🤣
