@manton re: core int. I think Apple’s biggest defence is fraud prevention. As soon as they allow out of app payment links, the risk of fraud increases massively.

My solution would be an API that shows a modal explaining the risk for consumers. For companies like Spotify they would have the trust. Not so great for indies

@domz I think there could be UI suggestions around this (and as suggested in our @coreint Slack, maybe require using Apple Pay) but I'm not too worried about fraud. After all, many apps selling physical goods (Target, Uber, etc.) already prompt for credit cards in-app.
