I wonder if @manton knows the folks behind Twitterific, Tweetbot, et al? Would be amazing if he could convince them to support Micro.blog.

@cleverdevil That would be amazing. I haven't asked, but I hope that as the Micro.blog community grows and the platform becomes more mature, it will be more attractive to third-party support.

@manton @cleverdevil To be a bit of a debbie downer, I wonder if Tapbot got burned by their ADN client?

@Bruce @cleverdevil Yeah, that is my guess as well, and Iconfactory was busy with Twitterrific 5 this year. But who knows what 2018 will bring.

@Bruce @manton @cleverdevil Quite a few ADNers are over on pnut, an invite-only network that's a one-man show, albeit with a ever-growing API. Jamin Guy recoded Riposte to run as a pnut client. So I still get to use one of my favorite social network apps ever.

I'll ask Paul at Tapbots what he thinks about a Micro.blog client. May be an issue of what else is in their pipeline.

@retrophisch @Bruce @cleverdevil I love Riposte too. The "problem" is that Micro.blog is a significant departure from Twitter or ADN clients because Micro.blog uses HTML. No porting shortcuts.
