@manton Do I need to place an order to get a paper book? I don't want a PDF book or a website book. I don't recall my login info for way back when, so I can't login to check it myself. Sorry.

@Ron Yes, most of the Kickstarter tiers were for the e-book. I don't see your name for the print edition, so you would need to place an order here. The ordering is going offline soon but I can manually process a few orders over email for anyone who misses it.

@manton I clicked on the link you provided, but I couldn't find anywhere to buy the paper book. Where should I go to get it?

@tuckerk Not yet, sorry. Final editing is going well so it should be soon.

@manton I ordered when offered on the book site about 8 months ago, but I can’t find the email if one was sent. Can you confirm those orders?

@manton Is it possible to get a pdf or epub while waiting for hard copy? I know it is online, but wanting to upload pdf/epub to my reader for highlighting and annotations.

@tuckerk Sorry, it will be soon. (I know I said that last month.) I have a test ePub but it has problems, so still need to do a little more work on it before I can send it out.

@tuckerk There has been a lot of progress. I've been doing more edits than I had planned and reformatted the print version slightly. It is really close. Weeks away.

@manton Have you shared any further updates around the print and digital copies of the book?

@tuckerk The text is done, but printing has stalled again. Will try to get it sent off soon. The ePub I posted a few months ago is near final but I’ll update it with the latest edits.

@manton Do you have a timeline for the print copy of the books? Or the updated ePub? Apologies if I have missed any posted updates.

@tuckerk You haven’t missed it, I have a handful of final edits I still need to publish. I’d like to say it will be soon for the print copy.
