@manton One problem I have realized with using themes as plug-in we cannot build a custom theme over them. No way to keep the custimizations separate. Something that was possible earlier with themes list. I am sure that has to be resolved some way.

@amit Yep, I'm working on improving this. Plug-ins need to be more isolated than they are right now, not just lumped together with other custom themes.

@manton @amit Another issue as I've spent time now tweaking the backend. If you have more than one hosted blog and have same plugins or themes, you can't tell which one you should edit.
