As I was running this morning, there were a couple times that I stopped. I would forward and say “how about I just run to that garbage can?”. Life is like that find your own little garbage cans along the way.

@mandaris Not a bad way to think about it! So many things in life seem insurmountable if you just look straight to the end goal. But the more you can break those down into doable intermediate goals, the less stressful life becomes. Even if those goals are just making it to the next garbage can 😉
