Thanks to @stett for updating the “Marfa dark mode” plug-in for Micro.blog with a better color palette and other improvements. You can install it or update to the latest version under the Plug-ins section of Micro.blog.
@manton I’m not clear. Does the plugin automatically update if I have it installed? At the moment it just says, “Uninstall” next to plugins that I have installed.
@crossingthethreshold It is a little confusing. You have to go to Plug-ins, click the “Find Plug-ins” button, and then click the “Upgrade” button in associated with “Marfa dark mode”. I’ll post a picture of what it looks like if you are still having trouble.
@mandaris Yeah, the interface is a little confusing. It doesn’t automatically update but I’d like to improve this. @crossingthethreshold, let us know if you aren’t able to update to the latest version.
@crossingthethreshold love the “On this Day” page. Reminds me of the section in Cory Doctorow’s Pluralistic. I’d love to know how! I’d implement a more recent exponential version: 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year ago. Would keep me honest about posting every day :D

@w4rner It was some code that @cleverdevil introduced a couple of years back. I can’t speak to the technical details, but here it is on GitHub.
@crossingthethreshold @cleverdevil : do you know if I could easily customize to my use case above? It would basically mean tweaking items_for function in fetch.py right? | p.s. 👹 you and @cleverangel 😇 are defo M.b’s cutest couple!
