Development on Micro.blog 2.0 for iOS is almost wrapped up. Here’s a sneak peek at the redesigned menu screen. The whole app looks better in addition to the new features.

@manton 👀👀 I like what I see, is there a beta 😀?

@manton Oh… 🧐

@Gabz Thanks! No beta yet. Some parts are connected to the new web version of Micro.blog, so I’m not sure whether I’ll be able to do an iOS-only beta until everything is rolled out.

@manton Gotcha!! part of me wants to ask for an ETA but I know better. 😎

@Gabz @manton Whenever I think about promised release times for anything I can’t not hear Toby Ziegler saying Can’t rush these things: for the first time and in the next episode.

@Gabz @manton “Any day now.” 😉

@Burk @manton I usually default to, “When it’s ready” 😎

@manton Is there a way for it to take up more space? Or is that going to be controlled through Dynamic type?

@mandaris I’m switching more of the UI to use Dynamic Type, although I haven’t updated that screen yet. I think it might look odd to be much bigger, but I could try it.

@manton Thank you for responding. I understand your busy. I want you to take cate of yourself and I’m sure that your vision will turn out great. Sunlit is an excellent example of that!

@manton Looking forward to that :)

@manton oooo gimme! 🤤

@manton happy to see Page editing making it to the app! Looking forward to using this.
