@pcora Money here is another crazy thing, no ATM anywhere, cards accepted at two or three places only. We transfer money to the supermarket owner, and he gives us local currency 😇
@mbkriegh It is very local, but very dependent on imports and, now, tourism. It’s hard to sell anything to the few that make their way here, if they have no way to get money. You have to bring all the money you need, in cash, or you’re out of luck. We always make sure to tell people this, but that’s a very small percentage. People are not used to carrying that much money on them anymore.
