Apple has got to dial down the paste warning alert in iOS 16. It’s pretty disruptive when doing any back and forth copy/pasting between apps.

@vincent It's weird, though, because I never noticed it using the iOS 16 beta on my iPad Mini.

@manton In iOS 15, Spotify pasted in whatever was on the Clipboard - always, so that and other’s misuse could be the reason, but it would be better if they managed it on the development side than the user side.

@maique @manton Glad they are working this. I’d rather not have every app accessing the clipboard in the background all the time. Seems like user initiated cut/paste should be treated differently than unfettered clipboard access.

@manton how is this acceptable? Remember Apple mocking access control escalations in Windows Vista during the release of Leopard? Who is laughing now?
