@maique for your health or to cut-the addiction ?

@Munish Neither 😊 I’m afraid it will take longer to get over the gastroenteritis if I add coffee to the equation. As soon as I’m done with it, the addiction will resume 🤣

@maique It's really unbelievable how much it affects me when skip my morning coffee(s). I hope you feel better soon!

@maique Some years ago I gave up caffeine for Lent. Not just coffee, all caffeine. That first week was brutal.

@AngeloStavrow Thank you. Strangely enough I didn’t miss it on the first couple of days. Now that I’m feeling a little better I thought about it.

@lukemperez Getting away from caffeine isn’t easy, no. I don’t think I have other ways of getting it, apart from the odd caffeinated tea.

@maique indeed it isn’t. Usually, I’ll go a week or two with no coffee, or maybe one small cup after a semester ends because my intake invariably creeps upward toward the end. Then I can start the new semester at normal-personal-levels ™️. (Before the cycle starts all over again.)
