@mbkriegh 😊 I have to say I’m not the biggest fan. My mother loves them but, for me, it was never a favorite.
@maique not my wife’s favorite either. I discovered them when some friends and I raised and slaughtered chickens together. The gizzards were being tossed and I said wait a minute. People eat them! I also find it a really interesting organ requiring the chicken to eat little stones for it to function. You can confit them too. Also good.
@maique also, would love to know how your mother’s recipe compares to the one I am using.
