This weekend is both the six year anniversary of my best friend’s death and the 19th anniversary of my mom’s.
I’m not the same person I was before either of those things happened, but I think I need to figure out how to resolve some things in myself about these losses. I’m still a bit stuck.

@manton Thank you. It has definitely gotten better, but there are indeed still struggles to work through. I am sorry your mom passed away too, I remember your posts close to when that happened. I hope it has gotten easier for you as time has passed.
