Really need to figure out how to get my hands on another one of these App Camp for Girls stickers for my luggage.

@apulianas Fabulous! I really need to set up an ongoing donation. I've donated a couple times one off and I went a little crazy a few months ago and did the "send a girl to camp" tier a few months ago, but I should do a steady $10 plan.
@collin similar to you I’ve been really deep diving into budgeting and what not. I plan on taking a portion of my next raise to donate towards app camp and my university’s scholar program for women in engineering and computing majors.
@collin I tried YNAB for a bit and couldn’t get it all to click because I really like forecasting the month and not so much the money on hand technique. I have been intentionally using a spreadsheet so I am intentional about spending money because of the manual entry.
@collin YNAB recently asked if I wanted to come back for another trial. I think I’ll try it since if nothing else I might learn some more things from the courses. I really enjoyed those if you haven’t tried them yet.
@apulianas if you like using spreadsheets for monthly finances, you might benefit from my Mac app, Cashculator. It’s a smart spreadsheet for finances. Maybe it’ll fit your financial workflow. If you do, let me know what you think of its approach.
@jacob I'll check it out. Currently I use a shared sheet on Google Sheets (used to use Numbers but a new template I started using was Google Sheet and I didn’t bother to convert). I like the ability to quickly update on my phone or work computer.
@apulianas I’ve been using Expenses for the iPhone and Mac. Only app I’ve ever used that has stuck - mainly because it uses the same sort of language my bank and credit cards use. By being informed I’m able to make changes and decisions.
